services: The services offfice is located right inside the main
gate.Hosts and hostesses are availble to assist guests with general
park information.
ATM cash
machines: ATM machines are available right inside the main gate
by The Gift Box and inside Hurricane Bay.
Credit
Cards: Mastercard,visa,discover card are accepted at the ticket
booths and most gift shops in the park.
First
Aid: First aid stations are located behind the Enterprise Ride
and in Hurricane Bay next to Barefoot Cove.EMT's are on duty at
all times.Over the counter medications are available for a nominal
charge at vending machineslocated at both First Aid locations.
Guest
With Disablities: For more information on guests disablities please
visit guest services,located at thefront of the park.You pick
up a hand-out detailing information you need to help make your
day more enjoyable.
Inclement
Weather: Some rides and shows will close temporaily during electrical
storms,heavy rain,or for required maintenance.Every effort will
be made to re-open closed rides and attractions as soon as possible.All
water attracations will close during serve weather and will re-open
as soon as conditions permits.
Announcements
and Messages: Personal announcements and pages cannot be broadcast
in the park.Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom advises Guests to establish
ameeting place before splitting up.
Bag Check:
To ensure your day is safe and enjoyable,Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom
reserves the right to inspect all items being brought into the
park.
Park Polices:
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in the park.
Guests
wearing articles of clothing containing obscenity or profanity
will be asked to change into appropriate attire or purchase at
a t-shirt from the park.
No running
or horseplay is permitted in the park at any time.
No line
jumping or cutting is permitted.Line jumpers may be ejected from
the park without a refund.
Smoking
is prohibited in Hurricane Bay,inside any building,and in all
quene areas.
Outside
food and drink are not prmitted.Guests are encouraged to leave
these items in their vehicle.
Excessive
use of intoxing beverages and /or use of any illegal substance
is prohibited.
Defacing
or destroying Park property is caused for immedicate ejections
from the park without a refund,aswell as prosecution for damages.
Pets are
not permitted in the park,with the expection of seeing-eye dogs
for the visually impaired.
Guests
with certain body proportions involving height and/or weight may
be denied the opportunity to ride attractions to ride where safety
restrains will not operate as designed.Please ask a ride attendent
before waiting in line if you have any questions.
